Fair warning: this is the advanced introduction to VanDrunen's book on the Two Kingdoms. This is very heavy listening and Mark Dever is a thorough and difficult interviewer. David VanDrunen is essentially Dutch Reformed, although he is a Presbyterian minister teaching at Westminster, California. Dever is one of the 9 Marks guys from the SBC. The level of the discussion is not introductory two kingdoms; this is serious theology. The run time of the interview is about an hour. If you feel up to the challenge, this really tackles well some of the historical as well as formative background of the Reformed doctrine of Two Kingdoms.
